1. Eligibility for Returns

Do not send your item back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will either:

Offer a full refund, depending on the situation.
We may request photos or videos to confirm the issue.
4. Non-Returnable Items

5. Refund Process
